Teton Overlanding Adventures ("we," "us," "our") rents a truck-mounted camper and outdoor equipment from Rigby, Idaho.

2. What we collect

When you book:

• Name, email address, phone number

• Rental dates and delivery address if applicable

• Driver's license details and a copy of your license

• Insurance information

• Payment card details — processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number

When you contact us: whatever you include in your message.

Automatically when you visit the site: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived. This comes from standard web analytics and cookies.

What we don't collect: we don't ask for Social Security numbers, and we don't collect information from children under 13.

3. Why we collect it

5. How long we keep it

6. How we protect it

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure payment processing through Stripe, limited access to rental records, and secure storage of documents.

No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

If a breach occurs, we will notify affected individuals as required by Idaho Code § 28-51-104.

7. Your choices and rights

Everyone, regardless of where you live, may:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you

• Request a correction

• Request deletion, subject to records we must keep for legal, tax, or insurance reasons

• Opt out of marketing email at any time
